8) Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in fees, forfeited deposits, or limitations on future booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to provider availability, clinical judgment, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control.

Any package, membership, prepaid service, or promotion may have additional terms disclosed at purchase.

9) Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payment is due at the time of purchase or service.

Deposits, retainers, or card holds may be required to book certain appointments or services.

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for booked services, applicable cancellation or no-show fees, purchased products, memberships, and any amounts due under your agreement with us.

We may pause, refuse, or cancel services if payment fails or remains outstanding.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, except for services already paid for or otherwise required by law.

10) Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, all sales are final.

This includes, without limitation:

Completed services

Partially used packages

Membership fees already charged

Missed or unused appointments

Deposits or reservation fees, where disclosed as non-refundable

Skincare or retail products that have been opened, used, or are otherwise ineligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons

If we approve any refund, credit, or exchange, it will be at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

11) Packages, Memberships, and Promotions

If you purchase a package, membership, prepaid plan, or promotional offer:

It may be subject to separate written terms.

It may have expiration dates, usage limits, eligibility requirements, or blackout periods.

It may be non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

Unused portions may be forfeited if not used within the stated period.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue memberships, packages, and promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law and any written commitment already made.

12) Refusal or Termination of Services

There has been fraud, chargeback abuse, or non-payment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, products, or services will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Century Longevity & Aesthetics for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Century Longevity & Aesthetics and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

20) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
